Dear Sandy Hook Community, There are no words to adequately express my sorrow and deeply troubled spirit at what you are all suffering through. But I wanted to say that you are constantly in my thoughts and prayers and will continue to be. Just as your beautiful children are now at peace I pray peace for you. Much love from all in Grove City, PA

- Elisabeth

My deepest thoughts and prayers go out to everyone in the Sandy Hook Community. When an unthinkable tragedy occurs it is not only felt by those directly affected, but by the every person within the community. Please know that everyone from my hometown of Manlius, New York has the deepest sympathy for Sandy Hook, especially the parents, friends and family of the innocent children.

- Caitlin

Just know that God had a special plan for your children and loved ones. Your little angels are real angels in Heaven now, which is very special, especially in this cruel world. They are happy and safe, and when you look up in the sky, they'll be looking back. I know there isn't much to say, but many, many people are thinking of and praying for you and those brave and innocent should who were taken in the massacre. Just know they will never be forgotten, and that you have a whole nation to lean on.

- Daniella

I know there isn't much I can say to ease your pain, but I want you to know  that you have a whole society coming together in prayer to remember your loved ones.  This is a tragedy, and the only thing we can do about this is to come together in peace and love.  You have the love and support of many people, and we will continue to remember you and your loved ones in our prayers.

- Natalie

My thoughts and prayers go out to all afflicted by the tragedy that occurred. The death of children that young is never an easy thing to overcome. It is very unfortunate that there are people in this world who can be pushed to that limit and do something so inhumane. Even in this time of mourning I would like to tell the parents of those affected by this horrific incident to keep their head up and take life a day at a time, God be with you all.

- Luckson

Not many people can understand why awful tragedies like this one happen, but we as a country must pull together to show support and love towards the many people affected by this awful tragedy. May the families and loved ones of the 20 innocent lives taken that morning keep their memories close to their hearts and may The Lord welcome them with open arms.

- Nicole

Here is my prayer: that the parents of Sandy Hook will someday understand and know the following four truths. 1) No matter how much they loved their babies, their love pales in comparison to the love God has for the very same children. 2) Their children are not alone. They all walked into our Lord's kingdom holding hands like they would in class. 3) Mary WATCHED her own son die and held his body in her arms. She is the Mother of the world, a better mother than any out there. Take comfort in knowing your babies are in her arms now. 4) Life is short, as demonstrated on Friday. No one knows the time when God will call us home. Every minute from this day forward will seem like a dark living hell, an eternity, but it's only a blink of God's eye. You will be reunited with your children soon. Hold on. Pray. Love God and love those around you. It's the only way to get through this. I will continue to pray that someday they will know these truths and find comfort in God's love.

- Nancy

Please stay strong and share the Broken Chain poem with those you love. We little knew that day, God was going to call your name. In life we loved you dearly, In death, we do the same. It broke our hearts to lose you. You did not go alone. For part of us went with you, The day God called you home. You left us beautiful memories, Your love is still our guide. And although we cannot see you, You are always at our side. Our family chain is broken, And nothing seems the same, But as God calls us one by one, The chain will link again.

- Lexy

Dear families of the children & teachers that lost their lives, I just wanted to take a moment and tell you all how incredibly sorry I am for your loss. I can't even begin to imagine what you must be going through at this time. I wanted to tell you that we, as a country, are all here for you. If there is anything at all we can do, please do not hesitate to ask. Each child and adult that lost their lives will forever be remembered not for just how they passed, but also how incredibly amazing they were. The teachers that lost their lives saving their children are my heroes. I wish I could do more for you in your time of need, but all I can do is write you this letter. I hope it brings you some small notion of comfort to know that you and your families and friends are being thought of. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Once again, I am so sorry for your loss.

- Alyssa

Nothing I say can ever make the victims and community members of this tragedy feel any better. Just know that everyone is sending their thoughts, prayers and hope to you at this difficult time. Time will heal. God Bless.

- Andrew

I hardly know what to say. How inexplicable this tragedy, how heavy this loss. As the shock wears off and the grief settles in, know that you are being prayed for and supported by friends and strangers across our nation. Know that we cry with you. The violence waged against you has cut our hearts, too. Our sorrow is great, but I know that healing will come. Stand strong and look to Jesus, who is making new all that is horrible and senseless about this world. May you find the comfort and security you need right now.

- Hayley

Together as a nation we are here for all of you. Stay strong.

Sometimes there is no explanation to the events that occur in this world that we all share. That includes tragedies and miracles... But one can always be certain that there are beautiful angels always looking over us. Victoria Soto, the other faculty members and the innocent children will forever be angels in heaven looking over the rest of the Sandy Hook community.

- Zac

To the Sandy Hook Community, First and foremost, I would like to send my deepest condolences to all of those affected by the tragedy. It is incomprehensible how a person could willingly take the life of another, let alone a child. You are in the thoughts and prayers of millions. As for the children who died, they will never be forgotten. It is unbelievable how a typical day can turn into a catastrophe. While I have no children of my own, I have younger cousins, have worked with children, and admire their carefree, loving, and beautiful nature. I cannot imagine what you are going through but am sending my love and support. As for the teachers and guardians who lost their lives for the children, they are heroes in the eyes of many. Risking your life for another is the greatest act of kindness and love that can be performed. Be thankful that your children were in their hands. If you were lucky enough to survive a loss, I am truly thankful. If you lost a child, family member, friend, or loved one, my heart goes out to you. I hope that you can find peace this holiday season knowing that your loved ones are at peace. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

- Teegan

Rest in peace to all the beautiful children who were taken from us that morning. Also to the heroic teachers who risked their lives in the protection of the little ones. heaven has new little angels now, and they're looking down on everyone of the community. I wish the families my prayers and support.

Even though I've never met you, I can say from the bottom of my heart, I love you all. xoxo

- Alyssa

It is so hard to even fathom what all of you are going through. I cannot form the words to express my deepest sympathy to you and your families at this tragic time. The lives lost in this horrific event will never be replaced. You are all part of an extremely strong and unified community. There is so much to take from this, but most importantly, we must all treasure the time we have with our loved ones and appreciate the people and things we are given each and every day of our lives. With much love and kindness.

- Gaby
